Head of Cloud Partnerships
We are seeking a Head of Cloud Partnerships to drive our strategic initiatives in forming and nurturing productive outcomes. This pivotal role requires a dynamic individual who excels in achieving measurable outcomes, driving sales through partnerships, and leveraging cloud technologies to build revenue streams globally.
Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to reach enterprise customers and drive revenue growth through co-marketing and co-sales initiatives, including cloud marketplaces.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key cloud partners, negotiating and managing partnerships effectively.
  • Drive adoption of Squid Cloud's GenAI agent platform through strategic enterprise deals in partnership with our direct sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership activities with business objectives.
  • Define, evolve, monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, optimizing strategies for maximum impact at each stage of our growth.
  • Build global awareness and pipeline by signing and activating GSIs and RSIs.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in driving revenue and outcomes through cloud sales and partnerships. Highly effective at developing, maintaining, and influencing partner relationships at all levels, especially senior and executive leadership levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities combined with the ability to articulate complex business proposals clearly and to influence both internal and external stakeholders at executive levels.
  • 7+ years of experience in the technology sales, strategic partner management, business development, product management, working with CSPs.
  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) software, including Software as a Service, Data & AI or other cloud-based technologies.
  • Strong background in cloud technologies and platforms, with deep knowledge of cloud ecosystems, marketplaces and co-sell initiatives.
  • Experience negotiating and managing complex partnerships that result in measurable business growth.
  • Global experience in building and scaling partnerships across diverse markets.
  • Technical acumen to understand and articulate the value proposition of Squid Cloud's GenAI platform.
  • Experience in building and activating channels.
  • Leadership roles and experience in public speaking, crafting deals and working with enterprise customers.
  • Background in enterprise data, cloud, AI, security product technologies
